When working with people, real estate professionals need to build a high level of loyalty with clients. They need to give their clients 100% of their effort and make sure to clearly communicate with them everything they need to know. I take a hands-on approach with each client. I personally take all my clients around and make the effort to really get to know them on a personal level. The most important key to my success is to always have a positive attitude. Even when faced with challengers, a positive attitude will put me in the right mindset and give me the strength to overcome obstacles.
Real estate professionals need to invest in their career in order to succeed in the long term. She finds advertising very useful and the perfect complement to the way she conducts business. Approximately 50% of her customers come from listings, while the other 50% come from referrals. This balanced way of generating business has led to a steady and consistent flow of new clients, referrals and repeat customers.
